Learn How To Fight Fairly by Neal Kwatra - An Honest Review

Writer: ishita vermaishita verma

Neal Kwatra is a martial arts legend and also the first black American professional to make a six figure salary in the UFC. He is a two-time UFC heavyweight champion, and it has fought in all five championship games. In this book he relates the ups and downs of his career and how it influenced him as a individual and a fighter. This book review will pay for the book's many lessons and guidance. In addition, I believe it'd be beneficial to mixed martial artists who are only starting out or want some additional training.

The book starts off with a bang, after fighting for approximately fifteen years in the UFC, Neal gets knocked out cold in his very first game. The knockout makes him shed feeling like he's a guy, although he's a very big strong man. He then proceeds to detail the way this battle impacted him as a person and fighter. This is a great little book for any man who has had only 1 loss and is still trying to find their location in the octagon.

The next lesson teaches the reader how to fight in the octagon and not in a traditional manner of boxing where you are being hit hard and unable to counter. With mixed martial arts fighting you need to know how to strike and get inside another person's mind. There are many little methods which will help you do this.

The last couple of chapters concentrate on some critical decisions that a fighter might need to make during a fight Neal Kwatra. It talks about how a fighter should wear a helmet, what to pack to the battle, what to expect from the opponent and much more. It's absolutely a useful little read if you have ever thought about researching martial arts. It would especially benefit those who have had a black belt and need to continue with the teaching.

I enjoyed the book review and found that the message was very well delivered and was applicable to anybody who may struggle with learning how to fight fair. It will provide you with suggestions to help you be a better fighter and possibly even place you on your way to being a world class fighter. Of course, just like any publication there are always problems which are brought up so that some people will be better than others. But for the most part the techniques taught here are extremely applicable and will stand you in good stead if you need it. The book review doesn't do so enough justice since the info covered in this guide is superb.

If you are a student of martial arts or even a lover then this book review is for you. The theories and instructions covered here are truly ground breaking. And just like every self-help program it will require that you place in the effort to stick to the classes and practice what you have learned. That's certainly true when it comes to learning how to fight fair at the octagon.
